These terms govern your use of stockcadence.com and summarize the standard commercial terms of StockCadence service plans. Client engagements are governed by a signed service agreement; if these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the agreement controls.
Who we are
StockCadence is operated by TESMO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an Amazon marketplace management firm based in Los Angeles, California.
Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content to misrepresent StockCadence or TESMO. All trademarks, copy, and design on this site belong to TESMO LLC or their respective owners.
Service plan terms, in summary
- Plans are billed monthly at the published tier rate, per brand (one Seller Central account).
- 3-month initial term, then month to month.
- We recommend the likely tier before kickoff and confirm it during onboarding. If a higher tier is required, we honor your starting price through the initial three-month term and confirm the new rate before month-to-month renewal. If the account fits a lower tier, the lower rate begins with the next billing period.
- Onboarding and the initial inventory baseline are included; there is no assessment or setup fee.
- Each tier includes a monthly allowance of operational support hours; additional work is billed at $150 per hour and is always approved before billing.
- Onboarding begins once the agreed reports and account information are provided. If required information is delayed, the kickoff date moves with it.
- If we determine during the first 10 business days that the account falls outside our published scope, we stop the engagement, explain why, refund the first month's fee, and route you to the right next step.
- Optional services (Account Health Watch, FBA prep & ship) are billed separately as agreed.
Client responsibilities
The service depends on timely inputs: providing the agreed reports and account data each cycle, confirming lead times and inventory availability, reviewing and approving recommended quantities, placing supplier purchase orders, and executing shipments through your warehouse or 3PL (unless TESMO prep & ship is engaged). Amazon's final shipment placement options and fees are determined by Amazon at submission.
No guarantee of outcomes
Forecasts, replenishment recommendations, and fee or exposure estimates are professional judgments based on the data available. We do not guarantee forecast accuracy, sales outcomes, fee avoidance, or Amazon's conduct, policies, or timelines.
Client data
Reports and account data you provide are used solely to deliver the service, are shared only with the service providers that support our work, and are deleted or returned on termination per the service agreement. Website-visitor data is covered by our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TESMO LLC's aggregate liability arising out of the service or this site is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes to an active engagement's terms are made through the service agreement, not this page.
