About

The name is the method

Amazon's inventory economics create competing pressures. We built the company around the practical way through them.

Ship inbound too often and placement fees rise. Run too lean and stockouts and the low-inventory-level fee take over. Overbuy your way out and the aged inventory surcharge is waiting. There is no fee-free corner to hide in - only a managed rhythm between the extremes.

We named the company after the method: stock, on a cadence.

A TESMO company

Built by the operators at TESMO

StockCadence is an Amazon inventory planning and FBA replenishment service for brands up to $5M in Amazon sales, built by the operators at TESMO. Account Health Watch and FBA prep & ship are available as optional services.

TESMO is an Amazon channel management agency for premium consumer brands, operating full-service agency, modular, and merchant (Agency + Retail) models. Los Angeles, since 2008.

TESMO has run premium brands' Amazon channels since 2008 - including demand planning and replenishment work that was part of broader engagements, never sold separately. Many smaller brands don't need advertising, content, catalog, and full channel management - they need the inventory discipline on its own. StockCadence separates that discipline from the full-service scope: built from the planning systems, standards, and Amazon operating experience developed inside TESMO, delivered by a dedicated planning team under TESMO's operating standards. Enterprise catalogs and season-commitment planning stay with TESMO.

Why the price is lower than full-service management

The scope is narrow by design. StockCadence does not manage advertising, content, promotions, or the rest of the Amazon channel. We standardize the data intake, work asynchronously, and focus the planning team on forecasting, replenishment, shipment preparation, and exceptions. You get Amazon-specific operating judgment without paying for a full-service agency scope.

How it's staffed

Systems for consistency. People for judgment.

The system recalculates every account's plan and flags what changed - planning automation with a human on every commit. Your planner reviews the exceptions, makes the judgment calls the software can't (promotions, seasonality, launches, lead-time drift), and signs the brief.

Automation creates consistency; a named person remains accountable for the plan.
