This policy explains what information we collect when you visit stockcadence.com or submit a fit request, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep our data practices deliberately minimal.
Who we are
StockCadence is operated by TESMO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an Amazon marketplace management firm based in Los Angeles, California. This policy covers information collected through this website. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients under separate service agreements.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our fit request form, we collect the details you choose to provide - typically your name, work email address, brand name, marketplace(s), approximate SKU count, an approximate revenue range, and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your request.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical log data - such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested - for security and performance. We also use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Vercel Web Analytics) that counts visits and page views in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
What we do not do. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and follow up about working together;
- To operate, secure, and maintain the website;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How information is shared
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site, and only as needed:
- Web3Forms - processes our form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
- Vercel - hosts the website and provides the cookieless, aggregate visitor analytics described above.
These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of TESMO LLC, our visitors, or others.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies that may be present are strictly necessary for the site to function or to keep it secure.
Data retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete or archive them. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Data security
The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we rely on reputable providers with their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live - including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) - you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information you provide is processed here. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
